Excellent analysis sir
Very Very nice and factual decision of the Supreme Court. Creamy layer must be removed from SC/ST kota so that needy reserved persons can get the benefits. Also there should be benefit of only 5 to 10% marks as compared to the General Catagory so that reasonable qualified should be made doctors/engineers/IAS/IPS etc.etc. so that they can justify their chair.

Gud decision of SC on SC/ST reservation. Even in gen category much more public r too weak financially. Reservation should be entirely based on financial conditions n not on cast bases.

When the new rules and regulations of the law and order System changes, there are 4 to 5 Supreme Court Lawyers who should also be removed. These people are complicit in making the Law and Order System of Bharat non performing. These are the people who maintain the “System” of the Congress which is destroying the Country and is not allowing Justice to be delivered to the Citizens of Bharat.
