I'll second this. As much as I love their entire catalog, they're at the top of their game when doing thrash and I wish they would do it more. They're amazing. I keep coming back to this one and Break the Wall as well.

Yes, This band is freaking awesome. I've been listening to rock/metal for 60 years, from when it all started, and I really think Lovebites are one of the best bands I have ever heard. I was lucky enough to score a ticket for their (only) gig in London this year in June. I'm as excited as I used to be back in the 70's/80's going to see big name bands. Welcome to the Wolfpack 🐺

Every ones a winner with #lovebites because they don't have any bad songs, most songs will be a new favourite until the next one is a common symptom of the lovebites metal addiction. Once bitten forever smitten. They really are that good, and it's pretty mind boggling how precise and synchronised they are, even when playing high speed technical pieces, Haruna is also known as the human metronome, she's one of the greatest drummers ever in my unbiased opinion. I also watched Metal interviews with Miho here on YT, and my heart melted. 😏 Then I found out, that she herself is a huge fan of Steve Harris (Iron Maiden), and that they know each other, and in that moment I was "completely lost" 😂, and she became my "Metal idol", basically. 😂 - My heart almost broke, when I found out that she had left Lovebites. But when i watched her in that "Chaos Control" music video, I was "reconciled" with her (as to say). She performs amazingly in that video, my heart is on fire, and I could not be prouder of her. 😊 From everything I found out about her, she is an extremely decent, modest and down-to-earth person, extremely skilled in terms of music, with a huge heart of gold, to (semi-) professionally support artists who are looking for their way.

Yes, this is how to open a concert. This performance is mostly related to their latest release at that time (Electric Pentagram) and it’s so mind-blowing. Some people say that this album is one of the best in the history of metal, and I agree. I have the Blue-ray of this concert; it was a little expensive but definitely worth every penny. A special edition of the “Electric Pentagram” CD includes the DVD of their successful presentation at Wacken Open Air, Germany, 2018 (Crusaders standing at Wacken).
Another remark: This was FOAK 2020 ("Four Of A Kind" at Zepp DiverCity, Tokyo), when Miho was still bassist of LOVEBITES (until August 17th, 2021). You've seen the 2023 version of "Holy War" before (which is unusual, the version from this concert in 2020, is one of the most reacted videos), when new bassist Fami (then 20yo) was the bassist. Both bassists are extremely good!

Yes, this is how to open a concert. This performance is mostly related to their latest release at that time (Electric Pentagram) and it’s so mind-blowing. Some people say that this album is one of the best in the history of metal, and I agree. I have the Blue-ray of this concert; it was a little expensive but definitely worth every penny.
A special edition of the “Electric Pentagram” CD includes the DVD of their successful presentation at Wacken Open Air, Germany, 2018 (Crusaders standing at Wacken).
LOVEBITES is just a phenomenal band all around. FYI - this video was with their original bass player Miho - nicknamed the Natural Born Head Banger.

Another remark: This was FOAK 2020 ("Four Of A Kind" at Zepp DiverCity, Tokyo), when Miho was still bassist of LOVEBITES (until August 17th, 2021). You've seen the 2023 version of "Holy War" before (which is unusual, the version from this concert in 2020, is one of the most reacted videos), when new bassist Fami (then 20yo) was the bassist. Both bassists are extremely good!

I think they didn't care for them anyway. I hear a lot of Metallica in their thrash songs. They and Slayer I've seen as big influences on the thrash side, but I'm sure they have heard Anthrax too. 1st 2 songs on the 3rd album, Electric pentagram, as well.
