Well, when he was a fighter he worked hard. He led by example as a fighter. Now he is a coach. He must lead as a coach. I coached track and field when I was younger. The kids had a coach that was old and out of shape and liked to bark orders. When I came in, I would actually join on the runs since I was training for marathon races. That earned their respect and they followed me because they knew I wasn't asking anything I wouldn't do myself in training. Much respect to Khabib and coach Javier.
