I find the room layout of the house plan very realistic and habitable for everyday life. The furnishings are always a matter of taste. But two things would not be a luxury: 1) Constructing the counter with the bar stools at this height only takes away usable space when working in the kitchen area. Either the counter has a working height and closed storage space on the kitchen side, or the kitchen is designed as an L right away. Then there would also be space for a four-burner hob, a fully automatic coffee machine and still have work space. 2. at least one short recessed wall is missing next to the entrance door, which would provide space for a minimalist coat rack for jackets and shoes and also separate the dining area somewhat. Otherwise, a very nice floor plan suitable for everyday use.
