Hear the same influences now too when listening to the music from then, think those innovators were all influencing eachother , some etnica sounds like koxbox or transwave. Psychopod had such a unique sound and vibe too, esp psychopod/dreampod. Etnica still sounds amazing to me. Thay had some great composition skills. The melodic development, chord changes/modulation and syntn sounds synth modulation are so good. I think I read one of them had a degree in composition. But yes insane talent and musical vision. I''m not sure anyone will be writing big tunes like theirs in that music scene anymore that people will remember 30 years (and more probably) .
