Even though Lampard was sacked he did a pretty good job with a team that had no depth in their squad, lost their star player and had a transfer ban in the first season. Ignoring his second season he is the reason Chelsea is where they are now. Before Lampard youth players may have gotten 2 or 3 games a season and many have left the club. He gave the young players a chance. That's more than most would have done. Lampard had little experience in managing a team. For the club he was the most convenient choice. He knew the team, fans loved him and most importantly he was the only one willing to take the job. T he Chelsea after Lampard's tenure was on a whole different level compared to the old one. But that doesn't excuse the disaster of a second season.
Pirlo wasnt bad in my opinion his biggest problem was juventus midfield use to collapse very quickly during counter attacks so he had to ensure they dont loose to form a counter attack
Soskjaer dosent ruined his reputation. He is a Club legend as a player and nobody is taking this away from him .The fans only criticized him for his managerial career and his tactics. We Man Utd fans still love him and we will never forgot his goal against Bayern in 1999 that won us the treble.

Even though Lampard was sacked he did a pretty good job with a team that had no depth in their squad, lost their star player and had a transfer ban in the first season. Ignoring his second season he is the reason Chelsea is where they are now. Before Lampard youth players may have gotten 2 or 3 games a season and many have left the club. He gave the young players a chance. That's more than most would have done.
Lampard had little experience in managing a team. For the club he was the most convenient choice. He knew the team, fans loved him and most importantly he was the only one willing to take the job.
T he Chelsea after Lampard's tenure was on a whole different level compared to the old one.
But that doesn't excuse the disaster of a second season.

Pirlo wasnt bad in my opinion his biggest problem was juventus midfield use to collapse very quickly during counter attacks so he had to ensure they dont loose to form a counter attack

Soskjaer dosent ruined his reputation. He is a Club legend as a player and nobody is taking this away from him .The fans only criticized him for his managerial career and his tactics. We Man Utd fans still love him and we will never forgot his goal against Bayern in 1999 that won us the treble.
