Also ours is the last phase so hv seen already constructed flats in the society of which handover is also done. And we are sharing our knowledge and experience which we hv gained by visiting multiple builders and projects throughout 3-4 months rigorously. Also I am sure u must hv heard of Maharera, but if not by any chance, that too exist. For rest, stay tuned 🙂

As the builder lobby in Pune is very dangerous and people should exercise caution before investing there hard earned money. And as someone commented above that they have suggested most of the developing location and people should really search about how utter mismanagement is there in PMC and there are no specific plan or timelines for any proper developments for the sub-urbs.

As I am a software engineer, my location can be either Kharadi or Hinjewadi/Baner in future. I know these two locations are in opposite direction. But, are there some good properties in the middle of these locations so that I don't have to think about relocating?

No real-estate market is not down, pune is walking the road of Mumbai in context of carpet size. I think builders use channel partner for proper marketing of their projects as there are large no of projects going on in pune

@Ashish - check vishrantwadi. That is residential but might be old buildings for rented you can get. If you are looking for high rise buildings with newer possessions, you might end up checking in Viman nagar or Vadgaon sheri.

We are still not so sure about Keshav Nagar.. don't like its approach road (maybe it has changed over the last 2-3 years since we last saw properties there). Infact we liked a property in Hadapsar (finally, because of its unit layout, not so much it's location). We are still brooding over whether to go for it or not. It's definitely pricey! Wish us luck please. Hope to find our dream home soon too :)

@zz -I have been in Pune from 2011, ABad is not in Pune. Pimpri Chinchwad is altogether a different place from others in your list. Pimpri chinchwad comes under PCMC corporation and not PMC. If your college would be somewhere in JM, BAVDHAN OR SHIVAJI NAGAR.. best place for rented flats would be in Kothrud or Karve nagar.

We recently bought a flat in Baner near Baner Hills and must say that although the area is promising but it's almost saturated now.
