@chukwumacharles normally by their law. You are supposed to have been attending class for 3 months before u start working. Those are the periods for u to process ur card, too. Of it happens that ur card came out within 2 months . U know working maybe, your arrangement with the employer to match that agreement. And cards often come out within a w week to 2 months from the biometric. Depending on the person luck sha.

since is not in your name and your sponsor, it will not be ideal to use it. instead, just look for how to put like 4500 equivalent in your account before you get here or when you arrived and use that one. because it is suppose to be money for your living here upon arrival.

Citizenship is not kind of direct, for what I know, after 5 years, you will be qualified to apply for PR. It is not calculated based on work hours, is based on you legally staying for 5 years.

The truth is, I don't know what you mean by your work permit being approved in Principle letter. But I will say congratulations. if what I am thinking is true. You may have the offer letter from your employer, he is the one to apply for your visa to enter and therefore book an appointment date at the VFS. Then when you get to VFS Lagos, they will tell you the equivalent in naira of the visa fee to pay. That is how it is done. Applying online starts with your employer.

@Pasylaz there is a visa interview right from time na. When it was online application, now that they moved submission to VFS. They still didn't remove the interview.

Bro just a quick add up, I learnt from a friend that you can get a virtual statement of transactions from the revolut card which is also accepted.
If it is for the receipt of the mimum 20 euros yes. You can use it.
