Because this is a TEXT channel, and they can't just have "speech bubbles," like in a comic strip.
Honestly, I would prefer it, if they would have speech bubbles, as well as texts. They could identify the difference between text conversations (which can be screenshotted and used as evidence) and phone conversations, and face-to-face dialogue, with a simple little blurb before each conversation.
"Texting with Julia" or "On the phone with Denice," or "In person with Frank." They already have a blub about the timing, so why not about what sort of a conversation it is?
Then, they can have all the dialogue they want, and have it MAKE SENSE. AND, when something is a text conversation, they can treat it as such, by saying things, like, "You realize you just put that statement in writing, right? And I have screenshotted it. Ooooooh, Henry is going to LOVE reading this!" While also having the "You can't prove what I said," bragging ACTUALLY MAKE SENSE! I get so tired of seeing people texting each other and still believing that nothing they say can be proven.
Yeah, I would LOVE it if a channel did that.

I am certain that Dominic is just plain misunderstood. The creators have hit the nail square of the consequences of modern living. People here and there think they can do whatever without thinking of others. This Bailey character with all of the rational POV cleverly gets what she wants. What about the others?
