Absolutely 👏 he's a real patriot.. most of my lawyer friends talk about the different county judges where im from as if they are friends.. which is a huge red flag when trying to make things fair.. because if you think about it if they are friends then they could influence the judge in their ruling.. in Mexico they have this law that penalizes the "trafficking of influence," which is when you use your status or position to cause others in an official position to change their ruling based on your influence upon them.. its like friends cant take positions in leadership because that affects their ability to check and balance each other.. it's like if you want good leadership you need two opposing minds to meet.. that way things get worked out correctly based on facts rather than feelings..

How could she select someone totally unfamiliar with the case as her official designee (Rob Huq), while simultaneously sending her personal counsel (Michael Downey), who DID have knowledge about the case, to the same hearing??? Moreover, why would she NOT brief her official designee as to the details of the case when she had prepared such background information for her personal counsel? I've only seen the first quarter of this so far & listening to the Gentleman in the blue suit was honest in his testimony so far didn't lie or make excuses. The Gentleman in the grey/beige suit with the glasses I have trouble with his story or lack there of! I imagine they love there paychecks but the day he needs to be in Court regarding a murder case his knee hurts? Really, is that the best he could come up with & even if he couldn't walk which I'm not buying. He doesn't make sure that someone will stand in for him or have the case remanded for another week? Terrible Leadership & lazyness that's gone on here is shameful. I'm sure if it was there loved one you'd rest assured he be in attendance! People would love to have his job it's too bad he takes it for granted. Hopefully he'll be out looking for new employment soon. Ottawa, 🇨🇦

The case load difference between 100 and 300 also shows how bosses pass their work off on lower positions.

You're not the only dummy here, so I'll address this to all the dummies. How is an office of three goddamn prosecutors supposed to cover the hundreds of felony cases that they have to cover? Ask yourself that question. And then maybe think about paying your prosecutors as much as you pay your counsel people, as much as you pay your mayor, as much as you pay your superintendent of schools. People want to scream and cry about paying taxes and then they want to b**** when there's no money for essential services in a democracy. I guess you better get a good forensic accountant down in St Louis and figure out where all your money is going to.
