Im super excited to start collecting x beys! I originally thought they were kinda meh cause of the design and the drivers and ratchets not looking any different from each other but after watching some videos they definitely look like some fun. Before i collect them though imo i think it would be better if i start collecting metal beys cause they are getting pretty old?
I hate to say it, but it's just like Takara Tomy to release only the blade of the bey and then recommend a whole stadium set in order to get its anime accurate stock combo.
PhoenixFeather will most likely just be for collection purposes only. I will go off on a tangent here about UX: So I just came up with this crazy idea what TT could do with the UX beys. For these beys, they will be similar to the Maximum series of beys from MFB (Hades Kerbecs, Twisted Tempo, etc.) where the UX beys will have a max stat of Attack, Defense, Stamina, or Balance. Here’s the catch though, the Blades will be lighter in weight (similar to Dranzer S or RhinoHorn), but they will have a wider diameter than all normal X beys so far.
@@Chu_BandzNew releases were listed online and were shared by Zankye. The UX beys will release in March of next year and there’s currently just speculation of what UX could be. So far, there has been BX (boosters and RBs) and BXG (stadium, accessories, and remakes) releases for X.
Can I ask what source you use to get prerelease and products so early ? I currently use beyblade premier because they ship to me faster than anyone else. ,but looking for a way to get things as early as possible.

What were you expecting? This isn't a standard release: PhoenixFeather is just a bonus for buying the magazine. CoroCoro exclusives aren't meant to outshine the main releases. XP

Would've been wayy more interesting following Pro series. There's nothing really fascinating about BX imo because TT went 10 steps backwords, they didn't improve or move the needle. Very underwhelming system compared to Burst.

But if you want reasons as to why X has been so beloved so far ASIDES from the metal contact points (granted, the metal contact points are a big reason): -Beys have simple but still interesting designs that make them stand out from previous iterations. They take the best aspects of previous Beyblade Generations such as the aforementioned metal contact points AND the bursting mechanic while still making the Beys their own original thing. -Xtreme Dash gimmick encourages more dynamic battles than Burst or even Metal Fight ever had. Combined with aggressive Attack Bits like LF and GF, these Beys with the assistance of the Xtreme Dash can reach speeds that Beys of previous generations can only dream of. -The meta game currently ISN'T dominated by stamina like it was with Burst. There's a wide balance of attack and stamina Beys that still move in interesting enough ways to still make for engaging battles to watch thanks to the aforementioned Xtreme Dash as opposed to pretty much any Stamina vs Stamina battle in most previous meta games for Beyblade. -The Locking Mechanism for the Beys of this system is way better than the fragile easily worn teeth of Beyblade Burst's (arguably the only thing Hasbro's Beyblade Burst products actuallu improved on). Bursting is balanced by more attack-oriented bits having higher resistance than more the defensive and stamina-oriented tips, encouraging more usage of Attack-type combos. -Oh, and unlike Hasbro, the actual Beys AREN'T low-quality cheap garbage. In general, the stuff for X will age far better than a lot of the Burst stuff because once again they aren't let down by having parts that wear down THAT easily. Granted, the gears on the bits and the stadium as well as Dran Sword might be prone to wearing down, but that's still better than parts like Ignition' or Bullet (which never got rereleased) easy breaking and the Beys that contain those parts getting far more expensive. Burst has plenty of valid advantages over X thanks to it having lasted 7 years as opposed to X only being around for almost half a year as of now, such as the fact the Beys actually have gimmicks as well as the more varied and complex designs for the Beys themselves, and it's perfectly fine to prefer Burst over X for those reasons. But that doesn't mean you should belittle everyone else for enjoying this new generation of Beyblade, especially since it just began and the Beys themselves will eventually evolve and get more complex over time, much like Beys of the previous generations did. I for one am looking forward to the future of Beyblade X, wherever it goes from here.
