Some consider prolonged solitary confinement to be a form of torture, at yung iba nagsasabi naman, it is a necessary disciplinary measure. While forced labor, it's generally considered cruel and inhumane, but in some circumstances, such as within penal systems, it might be considered legal. So, In the Philippines, force labor, is not considered a form of cruel or inhumane punishment.
