I like so much your videos and I agree with you when you said that them are more discret than before so these little details that show us are love for us.In the clip when they hold hands I thougth that Jin was jeaulosy beacuse Nam Joon said that to Hobi 🤭. When you mentioned that NamJin do not do Fan Service I was thinking that given Jins reaction awhile back when asked to do it with Taehyung & that "flying" award (where Tae asked the interviewer to not pair him with Jin). I think BigHit/HYBE are now leery of asking Jin to do Fan Service given how Jin reacted.
Plus I think (and mind, I'm not Korean so my perception may be off) that HYBE/BigHit do not want to put the Leader of the group, along with the Eldest of the group in that type of position. It might be considered degrading?
