Give the microwaves to Achievement Hunter!
It's a dangerous idea, but it'll make *great* content.
The Blondie they'll somehow rig them to turn Gavin's desk into a tiny radioactive area.
The Blondie They would probably just use it to microwave something dumb like marshmallows.
Josh Pryor Like that's something THEY would EVER do....
*glances at the video*
You're assuming that these microwaves actually work. I kinda doubt that they would if they were thrown into a storage room like that.
I was kinda hoping Ray would've been laid down in the back
They have a lot of missed opportunities with Ray now that he's been dead for 87 years and isn't alive anymore, and was kidnapped by space pirates.
You could have sold a lot of that to fans for charity.. like on extra life or something
I'm willing to bet they kept some of the less important Lazer Team props for exactly that reason.
Would be funny to see the art department use Teresa to scare various departments. She's creepy looking enough to get a few screams.
I think some people would pay good money for that trash.
Well if people don't keep it then it's all just gonna be kept landfill. Throwing things away is basically trash relocation unless it's recycled or can decompose.
I like the videos of art department just doing stuff.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! THERE ARE FANS WHO WOULD PAY FOR THESE THINGS IN AUCTIONS!!!
Teresa trying to get Chris to love her again
They should have sold the unwanted props at RTX and used that money to donate to the next Extra Life
This was painful to watch, I was like don't throw all this cool stuff away!
Sadly that is the life of the art department, we build cool stuff, film it, then throw it away. Unless you manage to keep it for yourself.
0:37 That microwave is not long for this world
It all makes sense now, Achievement Hunter got the microwave from this, they microwaved the marshmallows, and thats how the office was so messy in that one lets play.
why not sell it?
An auction for the fans could have made so much money. You could have donated that.
The organization in this video is surprisingly calming.
They could of signed some of this; auctioned it - gave the money to charity. Such a massive waste when you think about it.
Not saying I would of bought it but with their community it wouldn't surprise me people bidding on it.
They should’ve kept those microwaves 😂
THAT POKER TABLE!!! NOOOOOO!!!! WHYYYY!?!!?!?! I WOULD HAVE GLADLY TAKEN THAT!!!!!
It did look a lot better after you guys cleaned it, great job.
you know you could have made a lot of money selling some of those props
My heart hurt when he tossed out the golden toilet. I wanted that.
OH GOD TERESA

Cockbite dedication
while they did throw out a lot of stuff I can only assume much of it was in bad condition like the microwave they let AH destroy with marshmallows. The rest was probably shipped to long term storage or already earmarked for donation/sale locally.
As my friend would say, it's an "Organized Chaos."
I thought for sure this video was gonna be the cleanup of Jeremy's giant blob of marshmallows.
Achievement hunter needs to do this where they just blindly open boxes and throw out what's in them
Couldnt they have had an auction and get more money for the department / allow fans to purchase bits of RT history?
0:36 thats the microwave used for the great achievement hunter marshmallow massacre
This is basically that Burnie short, but in reality.
I didn't know Teresa May worked at rusted teeth
Rooster teeth have ashlyn and cowchop have Asher, what's with all the ash's?
I believe it's time for a trip to the dump. I hear there is some cool free RT memorabilia there.
They should frickin sell these. Have like a livestream auction for First members-that would make them so much more money
Challenge: Roosterteeth drinking game for every Roosterteeth video. RT LIFE, RT EXTRA LIFE, RWBY, RVB, RT PODCAST.....ALL OF THE PODCASTS, and Achievement Hunter Videos.
Just give Max his own show / vlog already, jeez
omg that first microwave is the one Jeremy used in the marshmallow video... XD
You know there are too many microwaves when there are two microwaves on top of each other, and you still have like 4 more microwaves.
Max's eyes god DAMN
THE MACROWAVE, RETURNS!!!
You could have sold that stuff for charity though! You know how many fans would buy those things?!
That Marcus guy is honestly so freaking attractive.
I wonder if people keep refreshing their TH-cam pages just so they can put first on a TH-cam video. If that's true they have absolutely nothing better to do with their lives
I find the Notification Squad people even worse, honestly. It's one thing to see people trying to be the first to say a comment, at least that's just one person or several silly individuals. Now this whole Notification Squad thing started happening and it's like this dumb little exclusive club - and it's, again, only based around being 'first'-ish.
I love the art department
I wanted one of those Immersion pots so bad.
They should auction some of these items for the next Extra Life livestream
I would love for rt to have an auction of old unused props that aren't in use anymore. they can sell them to people to raise money for extra life or another charity of their choosing
Max is my spirit animal
Gosh, I'd kill to work in RTs art department.
I was hoping the mannequin was standing on its own.
Six months later… "Hey where's that gold toilet? We need it for something."
I've been doing some house cleaning too, and I feel for you, it's real hard to toss neat stuff.
Go over to Achievement Hunter and do that
I understand Max's pain because honestly I wish I could have taken some of that stuff but I would have had no use for it XD
Why would you not keep a gold toilet?
I'm sure so many fans would have bought the crap they threw out and were thinking nooo.:P lol
This is us when theater ends, except we hand our old stuff out to other theaters who want them or keep it for students to take.
"so nice I watched it twice"
-MJones
I feel like you could have had a charity auction with more than half that stuff...
You know, RTX is in a couple weeks. I'm sure some fans would have bought some of that stuff. I know a local convention here in Toronto,[insert shameless self promotion here] TFcon, the worlds largest Transformers fan convention, does a charity auction every year to benefit Make-A-Wish with donations from the community. With this year's auction being hosted by the legendary Scott McNeil[end shameless self promotion]. I'm sure you could organize a similar auction at RTX with donations from, not just the prop department, but other RT personalities as well.
Some of that stuff I know fans would love to have. Especially like the Mario Karts. Those are still functional Mario themed Go-Karts. I'm sure somebody would buy them regardless if they were in an RT production or not. Just because they're cool. Although, legally, they may not be allowed to sell them for various reasons from IP infringement to safety concerns for example. But most other stuff would probably be fine I imagine.
Not gonna lie, Theresa scared the crap out of me at the end.
How I feel when cleaning out the cosplay room. XD Just too many props.
Please tell me they didn't throw away the Mario go-kart!!
You guys out to sell the cool extra props in the store. Maybe do bids on the one of a kind stuff.
When you hear your name in the video and you get excited.
"We have a surprising amount of microwaves" where did they go?
That's gotta be so hard, throwing out stuff like that
What an amazing opportunity they wasted to have a garage sale and make some money.
The funny thing is that I can almost guarantee you that the reason they did this is because the fire department came and was like "this place is violating like 30 fire codes. Fix it"
They could've sold that gold toilet. I actually wanted it.
so achievement hunter stole one of the microwaves and made the marshmallow goo with it. only question, why didnt they steal one of the nicer ones?
Id love to work in their art department, literally something new happening all the damn time. Eugh I live in the wrong country.
As karma tends to go, they will somehow magically need about half the contents of that dumpster in two weeks for an absurd episode of Million Dollars But
my theater (like, hamlet type theater) just moved from a warehouse to an old elementary school, and we have been in the process of cleaning the old warehouse for 2 months. Everyday, it's like the wood has multiplied. There are new sets and props we have never seen. Please send help.
That microwave is going places.
Kinda surprised they didn't sell it off, I'm sure fans would have bought some.
I've been to their studio. Believe me they have a lot more junk than that in storage.
fans would have bought all of that
I'll take the go carts for....science purposes
Would have been nice to auction some of the items to fans for charity. Oh well.
Thumbnail looked like Kibker, the hearthstone player.
Hey man y'all want to give a poor college kid one of those microwaves I could really use one!
y'all could probably do a charity auction or something
you could sell it and give the money to jacks hospital kids
90% sure they could have made some money selling that stuff to fans. Especially that golden toilet.
Shoulda had an auction for charity
At 2:10 she said "all of Go 90", right? But there were no props in that episode, they just had to swim in a game.
You guys need to make a shirt or something for Teresa ! That would be bomb to wear round town lol
Please donate this stuff, don't just throw them away
One day I'm gonna work for the art department of rooster teeth
0:26 How do you not just drive those around... like all the time?
I feel like these could have been auctioned at rtlife
Imagine how much money RT would get by auctioning off their old props, especially if they put it towards Extra Life...
Would have been cool if they did like an online bidding thing for a lot of the stuff. Maybe next time though
Remember when RT Life wasn't just the art department not being funny
that's like 8 years of props meaning that this hasn't been sorted for 3 buildings. who's Idea was that?
I think ya'll made a mistake throwing all that stuff out. I'm sure fans would have happily bought some of them. You'd be surprised what fans will buy. If it had been me, I would have auctioned it off and given the proceed to Extra Life or something like that. Gavin sold a painting from a video for over 80 grand. Oh well, whats done is done and I understand why you did it. Glad you have a more organized environment.
And to think how much money they could have made on Ebay.
SEspider
1. They make enough money, that it would actually burden them to sell it
2. Thats taking the job of throwing something out (1-2mins)
and making it a multiple day process, they're not going to spend their time and money giving away free stuff
SEspider could have easily had a charity auction or something at RTX and given it to the fans and donated the proceeds to a charity
Two words: Extra Life.
I was thinking the same, like the zelda pot, I am sure someone pay like 10$ for it, lol
TJ G rooster teeth zelda pot. im sure there are a few people who would throw more than a few bucks for that.
