    🌱Ingredients:-
    Cashew nuts - 1 cup (150 grams)
    Milk cream- 1 cup
    Milk Powder - 1/2 cup
    Paneer - 250 grams
    Sugar - ¾ cup (150 grams)
    Ghee - 2 tbsp
    Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
    Pistachios - 10 to 12 (for garnishing)
    ✅Directions:-

    Getting ready:
    1.Start with, soaking the cashews in milk for 2 hours. Later, put them in mixer jar along with sugar and paneer and grind everything into fine paste. Thinly slice the pistachios and keep them in a bowl.
    Making:
    2.Heat a nonstick pan with 2 tsp ghee in it. When the highee melts, add cashew-sugar-paneer paste to it and roast them by stirring constantly until it gets thick and dense in consistency.
    3.As the ghee starts separating from the mixture, add green cardamom powder in it and mix properly. Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture on a greased plate. Spread it evenly with a spatula and sprinkle the pistachios over the mixture. Keep the barfi aside to set. After 2 to 3 hours, cut the barfi into desired size pieces and keep them on a plate.
    4.To prepare modak from the leftover barfi mixture put some barfi mixture in the modak mold and close it. Press the mold gently to remove the excess mixture. Open and take the modak out of the mold and place it on the plate. Similarly, prepare the remaining modaks.
