I've learnt to embrace my callus. On holiday I was kayaking around open sea when my kayak capsized. I got washed up but some coral ridden rocks and the top of my feet was cut and bled a bit because my feet were submerged in water for a while. the bottom of my feet were also cut but no blood due to my callus protecting them. The callus go cut up badly but no pain on my side.
Glad to hear it protected you! Callus are created to protect, its when the grow soo much that they start hurting you even while you’re walking.. that’s when they need to be sorted out! 🌸

Yeah it goes away once you get accostumed, if it's too difficult to go straight ahead for a pedicure ask your partner /parent/sibling/friend to if they could rub your feet with lotion, massage you or just anything that involves touch! Good luck!

Had one like this when I was 11, though I had no idea what foot corn was at the time and thankfully haven’t had any since. I’d cut it out several times, but it just grew back until it didn’t anymore. Left a deep massive crater each time, was very unsettling.

Yes there is always an soft cushion so you know you have no clicking noise. It is compacts and grow at an increase rate of skin growth

Had one like this when I was 11, though I had no idea what foot corn was at the time and thankfully haven’t had any since. I’d cut it out several times, but it just grew back until it didn’t anymore. Left a deep massive crater each time, was very unsettling.
I have one on my palm. I’ve cut it out like 3 times no luck yet 😞
