I just wanna say i literally am so mad, because i had to make a subscription (3 day free trial though, imma cancel right away) for the editing app that i use - Vllo - which now apparently requires you to pay if you wanna export a video, like excuse me...i'm poor. anyway i'll have to find a new free app or find money to pay ~fun~
So guys i made a short compilation of some ribbon fails of some gymnasts, felt inspired by Alex Agiurguculese's unfortunate ribbon in baku..Anyways rhythmic gymnasts include Daria Trubnikova, Boryana Kaleyn, Alina Harnakso, Arina Averina, Katrin Taseva, Anastasiia Salos, Lala Kramarenko and others..just remember it's all for fun, don't take it seriously.
The clips are from competitions, mainly finals, from 2021 only. If the clip is of a specific owner let me know, so i can give credit in description.
Salos truly is the main character when it comes to fighting with apparatus. still my fave though

Honestly whenever Nastya is performing ribbon I really feel there are two very distinct entities on the carpet: one disgruntled gymnast and one very independent minded ribbon who desperately desires freedom and doesn’t particularly like her.
She’ll always be my fav tho ;) Olympic quals were iconic; finals did her so dirty :(
Salos, the ribbon and the fight for dominance. I honestly feel pain everytime she drops an apparatus (which, well, is a lot of the time). Her routines are so good!!! Watching them is like eating cotton candy with pins and needles in it skdjjsjsjsjsjssj.
They all should get gold just for how amazing they r! Alex is definitely a mood!
i was rooting for Aelx in tokyo, and the ribbon betrayed her once again
6 meters worth of pain... Videos like this make me even happier whenever I see the featured gymnasts killing it with the ribbon though, maybe the next day or in another competition

Watching this I felt *lucky* to have mostly watched their more successful ribbon routines. After today I’ll be way more stressed going forward watching the ribbon rotation 🤣🤣

i only made it for some 2021 mistakes, but that one is probably the most unfortunate that i remember
