If I could give some advice, usually, a God's powers reflect their personalities and vice-versa. The main character being "goddess of hatred and misfortune" doesn't seem to fit her demeanor, and I'm not sure how bad luck relates to pretty light shows.
Thank for the advice the reason I choose to give a very up beat demeanor is because most God's don't get their god tite from what their birth but instead they get them from what every their power are and Emily ever wanted to be the goddesses of misfortune and hatred and trys her best to distant herself for her title. And thank for the idea about their magic
You do realize gods don't exist yeah? The only rules that gods would need to follow is the rules of the universe and the rules of the world is dictated by the writer Although I will say her power is a little confusing with her God hood
