I think Russ is serviceable. They need a very good DC , OC to play some designed play to his QB strength. Steelers are stubborn that’s why they missed on John Unitas and Dan Marino. They tried with Kenny Pickett but Canada messed up that kids growth. In order to draft a very good QB they’ll have to tank. Otherwise they’ll be picking at 20 every year.

I get being patient with a head coach,but at this point its time for him to go,his bs is stale now and he never takes accountability,he blames the players for it,not to mention head coaches that have been with a team as long as he has have coaches that have made their way to other teams as head coaches, Tomlin has none,zero,notta......if that doesn't say something about his coaching ability or lack there of,i dont know what does.
Enough of that ineffective zone defense. The offense should throw crossing, slant and hook patterns. More play action, too.

@@arthurconroy3598 Fields is 24, can still be developed as a passer. Remember Lamar Jackson, it took a couple of years…now look at him.
Kenny picket has a good high school arm. Other than that he's all heart, which is great but won't get it done. He is and was NOT the answer.
Fields is better than Pickett dude come on for real he had one ok looking game with eagles he is not a starter but I see starter potential in fields

Rooney's are cheap. Poor facility, team plane had issues last season, and Tomlin has one of the smallest coaching staffs in the league.
