Define Mono-ier? Haha. And I really have only posted these so all the people excited about the new New KORG can get an idea of what is on it. But I leave things like this Much more for live concerts, or else, why would people come if everything is on TH-cam?
@@CPez when listening with headphones, the melody is on the left ear, the bass on the right pretty exclusively. I get separating them somewhat spatially, but I'd prefer a mono approach, or at least something more evenly spread out, hence "mono-ier". Regarding the "why come if everything is on TH-cam": For people like me, from a rural part of Bavaria for example, it's exceedingly difficult and rare to be able to hear you live, so that might just not be an option. But if it was, this would not discourage anybody, I'm quite sure. Having the desire to hear your virtuosic playing live is not undercut by good performances online - on the contrary, I'd wager it makes people want to hear you more, even if you were playing the exact same stuff note for note, which is not the case anyways. Ultimately, a strong online presence with good recordings would drive more people to your content, make them more aware, and drive more people to live shows, I'm quite sure. Emmet Cohen for example puts up pretty much everything, even live shows, and he's doing very well with it. Marketing wise, I think it's a viable option, though it's up to you, of course! By the way, would love to see you on Live from Emmet's Place!
@@The8BitPianistOh my! Now THAT is interesting. And I don’t know tech / sound really haha, so I’ll look into it. And what’s the best way to get in touch with him? I know some people who’ve played with him for sure.
@@CPez From what I can gather, there is a contact form on his website, but maybe asking the people you know who've played with him is the best option. Would be stoked to see you on his channel!
this is very nice !!! more music like this but perhaps with a little less all the mumble - Jumble in between . excellent to hear the tune in accordion and relax .. it is beautiful !!!
@@CPez I Wish You Love is the the perfect song to deomonstrate the a B3 sound and a Jazz Guitar patch as well if you play it like Mundell Lowe. Playing a fast song, does not help in this case to show off the quality of the Korg's B3 sound. :)
Bravo. A beautiful piece done Masterfully
Beautiful Corey! You bring the joy for accordion music back to me!
This was really good! I'd love more content like this; just playing some tunes. Though a mono-ier sound would be even better
