Concertino for Tuba and Concert Band by Rolf Wilhelm

Joe LeFevre joins the Michigan State University Wind Symphony as a winner of the 2015 MSU College of Music Concerto Competition. Joe is performing Rolf Wilhelm's whimsical tuba concerto, "Concertino for Tuba and Concert Band."
