  • this is my second time re-filming this video because you deserve better quality. Creating faith- a state of being is possible no matter what you've been through. What I understood this scientifically I was able to implement this information into my life and created so much peace. I am now able to control my reactions, communicate better, understand MY BRAIN and why I was wired the way I was. I was able to successfully re-wire my brain to new beliefs which made LIFE EASIER. I CAN NOW CONFIDENTLY PURSUE ANYTHING IS LIFE AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS BECAUSE I'VE CREATED FAITH- ABUNDANCE IS MY STATE OF BEING AND IT CANE BE YOURS TOO!
I really hope you enjoyed this video,

I did a podcast school assignment in college on epigenetics as it relates to generational trauma. I thought it was interesting how people pass on suffering to their children. So we have a lot of angry or depressed adults walking around getting cheated of their own experiences and opportunities to live their best life. Breaking the cycle is exactly what you explained and personally have found your example right on point. Thank you.

amen , it is so unfair how stained children already are growing up , and it is so unfair that if we don't do the work , nothing will change , people are walking in unresolved generational traumas and curses, especially those whose families were enslaved. their genetics are stained and it is now the job of the ones who are woken up to change the world. if we can get the word across to people with just one message, and send that light on burning. throughout the world, I believe it will reach enough people to make generational changes and cease all the passed on traumas that are taking place and all those who are innocently affected by it.

The more you push against trauma the more it pressure you down and instinctively human push forward which is the absolute worst to do when being under trauma. Trauma itself is nothing more than stimulation, listening to music ( stimulation ) is like blocking trauma from leaving your brain. Make yourself internally as comfortable as possible and see trauma as something that’s wants to leave YOU. It will leave by itself naturally if you stop pushing against it , step by step it will leave your being. Less stimulation , more mental capacity to deal with the already existing stimulation ( trauma ) until it’s fully processed and you are free from it 😊

And as if grief isn't enough, the things currently happening in the U.S. are infuriating and frightening-of course you're struggling. I strongly encourage you to limit your exposure to all News sources. When I struggled with anxiety and depression, I drastically cut back on News exposure. Seek only News from less biased, more accurate sources, as other sources try to trigger people. I highly recommend reputable, non-partisan sources, such as Reuters &/or AP News. I also stopped using social media except YT and occasionally Twitter and let me tell you, it's done wonders to limit my stress levels. May your journey to heal be just what you need, when you need it. EDIT: corrected grammatical error, clarification added, meaning unchanged.

Well said Karina. And what we think about expands in our life.
Thirty-five years ago my sell-esteem remained low. This was two years after I had come through a particularly difficult time in my life. My self-talk still contained fear plus an unyielding feeling of worthlessness. I didn’t know how to shake it until…
...One evening a friend made a simple suggestion as to how I could feel MUCH better about myself and my life. He said, "Write a gratitude list and keep it going."
So I took his advice to heart, and doing so completely changed how I saw myself. Today my list holds every large and little gratitude I have noticed in my life. To add to it I even thought back through the times of my childhood, teen, college, and young adult years. And I continue adding the list as good “thing” happen for me.
"A stranger smiled at me today, and she wasn't laughing at me."
"I was able to help a friend this morning."
    “Someone helped me this afternoon."
    “I’m clean and sober.”
    My business is turning around.”
    I acquired a new________.
Again, “What I think about expands in my life.”
Today my list is single-spaced typed in MS Word with one new gratitude on each line. It's 57,750+ words and 149 pages in length. It’s the size of a book.
By keeping focus on the things for which I am grateful, more goodness comes into my life about which I can have gratitude. It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. And because of this practice, I feel wonderful about "me" and my life today. This gratitude list completely changed my self-image, which changed my belief in myself.
    :-Don

I learnt this about 30 years ago. It has made a big difference to my life when I remember to use it. I would only say that when you get conscious of what you are thinking just notice what your thought is that is wrong. Then realise what the right thought is in place of that wrong thought. Aloow yourself to fully realise this. The new programming will change your life by itself.

I really appreciate this video, it is one of a kind! Thank you for explaining.
The only thing I will disagree with is the assertion that African Americans were conditioned to fear water simply because of slavery.
I was born and grew up in South Africa. I cannot speak for West Africa, which is where most slaves came from, but here it is understood that Black people fear water because their genetic inheritance is trauma around dangerous animals and fear of drowning. There are crocodiles, hippos, sharks and snakes in Africa that have killed thousands of people, and still do to this day.
The fear of death by animals is very deep and there are many traditional superstitions about these animals too, especially snakes. This might be one reason that Black people are exceptionally gifted runners - it was a survival necessity in this environment.
When I was a child in primary school we had conservationists come to our school and they brought baby creatures of every kind - including lions and leopards. We made a circle and the animals were placed in the middle for us to observe them. My best friend who was Black, as well as the other Black kids were overcome with terror, and ran out the room screaming.
They had ancestral trauma from being eaten by lions and did not see anything cute in a lion cub. I believe it’s the same with water because there are records of the early Europeans here who noted that the locals did not like to swim - because of dangerous water creatures.

Two thing can be true at the same time . What she said can be true , what you said can be true. We inheritate trauma in different way, the world is not only 2025 years it's more than that there was people on earth before Christ. So traumatic genetic and experiences can be beyong the slavery time.

Ok hi, you’re my new life coach now. This video is amazing at breaking it all down, so well done! I mean it’s all things I already knew and put into practice as much as I can when I can remain in the present moment and be the observer of my thoughts, emotions, and actions. But it’s all easier said than done. And yes, the changes get uncomfy for a spell, but that passes and it’s all worth it when you see the veil of these programmed beliefs blowing away like a gauze curtain in the wind.

Thank you for your wise and insightful words. Life is such a mystery and blessing of opportunity for soul growth and development. Between all of generational cellular trauma, childhood and life experiences, past life experience, and trauma, our soul contracts, astrological charts, environmental effects, so on, and so forth. We have a culmination of contributing factors that affect who we become. Life is a journey. The good, the bad, and in between are ultimately opportunities to experience soul growth. Sometimes, heartbreakingly so. Best wishes for a happy and fulfilling life! God bless. 🙏✝️💕

@xxgekyume111 Hello, I am so sorry this happened to you. Wow. You have to live near him? I'm sure that is really hard for you. I can tell you this, do NOT let him take away your power. That's what he wanted to do. It's all about control. I don't know how old you are but if I were you, I would make SURE to call him out on it, and tell any and every body that knows him. He knows he was wrong, and it would infuriate me to see him just walking around like nothing happened. Even if not now, you might want to do it later. ...But if I were you, I would DO IT. There may be someone else out there that he may do this to down the road. Yes, you are brave, you are wonderful and you are strong. You have come this far and you have control over your own life. One day, you will be able to help someone else who has had to go through this. But, I definately would not be able to live close to him, and just let him walk around like he does not have to answer to what he did to you. Report him to the police as well. Blessings to you and you are strong.

This video is a profound exploration of how our subconscious programs shape our reality. The connection between epigenetics, trauma, and limiting beliefs is incredibly insightful-it highlights how deeply our past, both personal and generational, influences our present. The three-step process of becoming conscious, modifying behavior, and repeating new patterns is a powerful framework for transformation. It resonates deeply with the idea that true change begins with awareness and is sustained through consistent, intentional action. What stood out most was the emphasis on visualizing the future to rewire the brain. This aligns with the practice of mindfulness and meditation, where we train the mind to focus on the present moment while cultivating a vision of who we want to become. By observing our thoughts and emotions without judgment, we create space to break free from old patterns and step into a new reality. Thank you for sharing such transformative wisdom. This is a reminder that healing and growth are not just personal journeys but also generational ones. Letting go of what no longer serves us is the first step toward creating a legacy of abundance and love.
