Seeing Hiroki start to falter is pretty great, and the even more desperate clinging to his previous ideals feels pretty much how a real person would react right away. And Gold Paladin remain the only clan that can Superior Guard from places other than the G Zone, of course.

Tokoha might've just killed Luna. She just told a simple minded 15 year old girl to chase after and rekindle a friendship with someone involved with a dangerous criminal organization, and judging from the opening, that doesn't exactly turn out well for Luna. This is why kids shouldn't give life advice lol.

Having Am confront Tokoha as the subplot for this episode was a good call. Her quest for "why Am is working for Myojin" has certainly been simmering long enough.

Have you noticed Tokoha's eyes are gold instead of hazel after Luna hugged her when Tokoha encouraged Luna to follow the path she believed in to save her friend Am?
Hiroki's deck is perfect for him and says a lot about his character. Dimension police is a deck that signifies justice, which is the idea he clings to. Also Dimension police's Goal is to power up the center lane and go for all or nothing plays. This goes with the fact that he was trying to go about things by himself with the help of friends. Nice choice of deck for this character(while it was obvious)...Still doesn't mean I like this new show what so ever.
Yes but Hiroki's views on justice are the complete opposite of what the cosmic heroes stand for the way he treated people in the past and his opponents he may aswell use Zeal or another villain archetype if do ever gets one

Hiroki is the kind of kid that should almost *_never_* get what they want. If they're shown any form of mercy and pardoned from discipline, they get cocky and think they could do what they want. the brat says he's the very definition of justice. But in reality, he's just a sad kid that took the pathetic comfort of mercy. Chrono should've just beat the kid senseless when he had the chance.

+Mitchell Salmon not exactly. you should look at Gallop X since that garters quad drive. someone told me a vicious combo with that card along with Laurel and Miracle Beauty. if pulled correctly, he is checking a lot of cards if not guarded. even Hiroki realized that since he has laurel in the deck.

No it's not. It's just 10k to each column, and once you're at 36k on Vanguard circle they're either Perfect Guarding or no guarding anyway. The new Gurguit, functionally, is the exact same as Conquest Dragon, but without the retire and with a very heavy cost added to it. It's not bad, but it's nowhere close to being broken.
