Hi, i made one of these buy ordering a couple of 3D printed mounts and fixing them to carpeted length if wood, perfect for my two e bikes in the back of the T5
Can you move the mounts so the bikes sit closer together and one sits in the middle and one to the side ? Planning on installing a storage unit/seat down one side of the van.
I've got a better solution in my T5. It's called "bikestow" google it. You don't have to dismantle the bike and it doesn't move about. Great bit of kit!! folds flat and is completely removable when not in use.
Looks pretty decent!

I fitted my Vw caddy mk4 with little modifications
What about the loose front wheels?

how easy is it to move the mounts along the other holes?
Great vid Leigh, is that a SWB? looking to do this in mine but unsure the bike will fit, even with rear seats folded up.
Yes its a SWB is long enough for a regular bike frame. The bike in the vid is a 29er so the last seat had to be folded forward
@@CombeValleyCampers great, thanks, so is mine, at least it should fit with the seats folded, thanks again.
great video. Random question but what colour carpet is the van done out in: graphite or anthracite?
Anthracite
Ever fitted on to a mk3 caddy?
Yes I fitted caddy mk4
Great video as always Leigh!!
Do these fit a Mercedes Vito? I had a little look on Forty Winks website and it doesn’t say...
I shall enquire for you Andy. They can be used safely and securely without being mounted too.
