    She brought huge numbers of new eyeballs to the league (but you know all those new fans are racists, right?). She broke a ridiculous number of rookie AND overall records as a new player (but you know that's just because she's white, right?). She was treated like dirt with unfair targeting by other players (you're all just imagining this 'cuz it happens to all rookies). Even the referees seem to be letting other players take shots at her without making calls so they can't be accused of favoritism (oh, you're just seeing something that isn't there!). She brought attention to the fact that WNBA were required to fly coach and, whattaya know, the league addresses that issue (oh, you can't give her any credit for that 'cuz others had complained about it for years. She just jumped on the bandwagon). And on & on & on.......

    Clark, and I expect her to be superlatively represented. Wisely, she will listen to top NBA superstars such as Steph Curry, LeBron James; and sports media masters such as Stephen A. Smith recognizing CCs high water mark.
    CC deserve a % of the W!! Yes, seats filled alone brought the W out of the red for the first time in its existence! Filter that... Then protect the W from Adam Silver and the tax write-off he gets for using the NBA to subsidize the 30ish year history. Educated by Stern's tutelage, Silver is learned in the benefits of a non-going concern, and the fight to maintain that mediocrity. Watch Silver fail again, when CCs presence alone represents a LBJ, Steph, billionaires that recognize. They will not allow this to be squandered. It behooves all the legends, and they know who they are, for better or worse✓

It is the result of 1000's of hours of hard work and more often than not it is working alone. Any of the greats will tell you they have to put in hours and hours of work.
    The referees are against her and just what do they have to gain?

    If CC stays in the U.S. it'll be more for commercials and backing than league money
    She may just 'play along' if there's enough alternate cash going her way.

    Is this true?

    • @BasketballTopStories
      @BasketballTopStories  3 นาทีที่ผ่านมา

      The Europe thing is all speculation. What CC definitely have said is two things: 1) She will not play any pro basketball in the offseason so she can rest and reflect and 2) She's coming back in the W for 2025

    Caitlin needs to work a deal with the University of Iowa on a Caitlin Clark/Iowa NCAA Shoe made by Adidas or New Balance for a shoe for the University of Iowa, but marketed by Adidas or New Balance by passing Nike's contract with Caitlin since they are lagging in their support and promotion of the Caitlin Clark Impact on Women's Basketball.

    I am excited for the return of Caitlin Clark
    But I want to hear from the WNBA PA about the steps taken to protect all players from DIRTY players
    Also hear from the Commissioner about either game suspension or season depending on the foul
