I have the actual 540 EDP and the extrait and these clones are definitely close. Ppl really can't tell the difference when I'm wearing the clone or the legit. Which means I definitely won't be paying retail prices for those legit ones anymore 😂
there are really some incredible clones out there that just smell the same, only the opening differs by many clones but how long is that? may 15min. My favorite is midnight oud

I love BR540 and as well as this one. Just got my bottle days ago. For the first few sprays, it just wowed me! But after few hours, i got nose blinded and i can’t really smell it

Id suggest people who say colognes dont last on there skin me being a huge complainer about.. im an over sprayer and fragrances tend too not last on my skin.. what i found out a few months ago this is gunna sound crazy but it works is spray your fragrance closer too the skin keep the molecules close together so they can tell there story yes saturate your skin and if you have too catch it pat it in a few times dont rub it but pat it in or just let the drip dry however it lays lol..
When you spray far away the molecules of the fragrances spread out and they evaporate much more quickly leaving the scent not lasting long at all.. you can apply lotion but whats important with lotion is wait 30min to an hour after application then apply your fragrances..
I been spraying two times in the exact area wherever i spray it so two sprays directly on top spray about half an inch too 1 inche away from your skin this way you need less sprays then dousing yourself and i promise some of those weak fragrances you thought were weak are gunna surprise you like wow i actually got 2-3hrs projection and a scent bubble for 5-6hrs plus i guess this isnt a weak fragrance after all..
Also dont spray your clothes this close as it will stain them obviously but skin spray as close as you need too saturate your skin which only takes two sprays on top of each other in each area on your skin you like too spray the best..
I hope this helps people who have been getting bad performance with pretty much every fragrances..
Now im not saying this is gunna make everything beast mode but you will be able too wear fragrances again that you may like but get shitty performance.. hope this helps people if so please let me know.. also if it burns your skin then only spray one spray or pat it into your skin.. i have fragrances burn my skin sometimes but never any rash or anything i just pat it in and it usually the burning goes away.. but the burning usually happens with very few fragrances and it happens on the back of my neck but never any other areas..

Try Alexandria fragrances Zion. I have both Elysium and Zion and they are extremely close but Zion lasts longer

All 4 of these new offerings are firmly on my radar! I think I'll wait for a while for the price to come down a bit before I get em tho. Just a heads up, I have the Al Haramain that he's referring to and it is FANTASTIC!! Worth every penny! I also have the Dossier clone of BR 540 EDP and that one is VERY good as well if you're looking for something other than the Armaf.
The dossier one smells pretty close, but lacks in performance. Their other clones are pretty good too. Dossiers Mula Mula is 🔥.

I'll keep an eye out for it so I can get it for her someday. Thanks for letting me know that Dossier cloned it! And since you like that brand, I suggest checking out their BR540 clone as well as their Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt clones. Both are excellent!

I forgot when I purchased Ruby Edition that you kept saying extrait. I love Gold Edition one of my favorites! So thought I would like Ruby. It's comes off super harsh and strong. I have a decant of 540 EDP. So maybe I'll try Armaf. I was gonna try Al Haramain Rouge.

Whats the exact name of the fragrance?
Just purchased the perfume.
The opening smells very synthetic and unpleasant.
After 40-60 mins, the opening settles down and the perfume is very faint.
I doubt if it projects or leaves a trail.
Maybe it nose blinds due to the nature of the perfume.

Untold is more of a perfect clone to BR540 edp, whereas oud rouge leans towards the extrait version.

I ordered this & then read the Fragrantica comments & got buyers remorse. Now that it’s arrived I’m surprised & pleased at how similar it smells and don’t understand why it’s getting so much hate on fragrantica. I immediately want another bottle bc to get this smell for the price just seems almost too good to be true. Now I will say, it seems a much closer scent than the original. I’d need about half the strength of the original.
I find it incredibly weird how every review of this thing I’ve seen - old and new - nobody seems to think it is important to talk about seasons, when to wear it, etc. Huge omission!
I hope armaf and lattafa keep their prices in the future, will always get their perfumes
@Retienn untold is a clone of 540, not the extrait. You can check untold, it has no almond so it's not extrait clone.

I'm sorry but Untold doesn't smell like Baccarat Rouge 540 AT ALL. Not even close. In fact, I'm mad at myself for ordering it and having to wait so long for it only to find out it smells NOTHING like I expected.

Why people mix Aventus and Sauvage? It's two different animals. I've gotten Sauvage and immediately wanted to finish the bottle and not buying back new one. Therefore, I still have the original 2010 batch Aventus (almost done) and 2016 Armaf CD much pleasant smells.
Im a big lover of BR540 and have been using it for years. after some positive reviews as Armaf Club de Nuit Untold being the best replica for this scent I have purchased a bottle immediately and I simply cannot understand how on earth do you even smell BR540 in this perfume.. I have to admit its a lovely warm flowery scent (im not a scientist in perfumes, just love this BR540 and nothing else in this world). but this scent has ZERO similarities to the real one. My bf Is terrible at scents, gave him to sniff and he said it smells lovely, asked if I smell the same as I always do and he got confused. he explained if he didnt know it was supposed to be a "dupe" he would have not even thought it was even similar.. its still a great scent for 40 eur and im very happy to use it, just cannot believe how people really even smell anything similar to BR540 (extract or normal one, have both). received a lot nice comments at work about the way I smell, but still what on earth.. anyways, thanks for making these videos, its always fun to listen!
Crazy how we’ve read 100 comments and you’re the only person I’ve ever seen that said there’s no similarities lol. Maybe you got a bad batch I have both and after asking about 20 people so far no one has been able to tell the difference.
Lollll you just said exactly what I was thinking. Untold is a lovely fragrance, but nowhere as close as those review are saying. I am a big cologne collector,over 200 bottles, I have both br540 edp and the extrait and untold is not even close sorry to say but it’s the damn truth… maybe I got a bad batch but i won’t buy many other one to check that, if they cannot get it right on all their batch, they don’t deserve the hype…it’s not as close as many reviews are telling. IF I had to give a similarity number to untold, I would give it a 60% , not good enough for me to call it a solid clone, cloud of Ariana grande is a better clone and it’s not close enough for me too.
I wish I liked BR, I just can’t enjoy it at all. To me it’s very dry and sickly

From what I understand...
Untold is a straight up BR540 dupe (not the Extrait though), while Super Crush is a dupe of Mancera Instant Crush. If it were an extrait dupe, I would pull the trigger. But, I think IC is more wearable for me than reggy BR540
Edit- I got Al Haramain Amber Oud Rouge, so the extrait is covered

I’m taking your advice from your older video and not buying clones or cheap ones. For me the idea of using so much synthetics and not naturals is off-putting. I’m not into 540 but I don’t think I’ll do too many cheap ones, you’re right about it
