i don't get why, if your trying to save on costs, that you have so many different cookie holder variations. doesn't each box, tray etc, cost money? wouldn't it be cheaper just to fit it all in one container type?

they make them for other brands, eg supermarkets. They make whatever the customer wants.

Flexpickers are very nice, but we had to tilt products as well. See minute 3.14

@@tehamab.v.8546 yeah but Tilting motion can be easily done by a pneumatic actuator and you don't have to have a dedicated axis only for that motion. To my knowledge flexpickers are the best option for this application. The IRBs you have installed here are very bulky and has high inertial forces, where there is a lot of energy consumption compared to flexpickers. I don't know whether this application was still successful by 2021.
