I have seen a lot of Sunday resets on TH-cam, but I would enjoy seeing a Monday reset sometimes. A Monday reset would be good for when you don't finish all your housework on Sunday.
I also heat damaged my curly hair (3b). I made the mistake of straightening it at 435 F to make it more "sleek" but it kind of backfired and I had severe heat damage mostly at the ends. I did a big chop a couple of weeks ago from waist length to clavicle length and I kind of like it. I was sad about it for a while but it's just hair, it will grow back
Olaplex is good in all but you have to take a break from the heat. Just put the flat irons up for at least a good 6 months. Go without heat Especially if you want to see a difference in your hair health.

@@Raycarlaxo i think i have it on 4k and I always shoot in auto mode now so it can adjust to the change of light automatically. Before I started using auto I would always get grainy footage and now it’s so much better

Why use such a high heat setting in the first place? Your curl pattern already seems very loose and stretched. You could have had similar results with 340-360 degrees and one pass. It's crazy how people be making videos 'teaching' others about hair care and don't use common sense with their own hair.
