It's not VIP pass.
Apne Prasad vitarana Seva ka receipt liya and uska apko prasad mila. There are multiple options for seva/pooja.
It is VIP only..its just that the name is mentioned different..If you have already visited the mandir,you would have known that whoever takes these seva receipts stand in different line than general line...In fact in many mandir there is no where written as VIP but still people takes these passes in the name of pooja,seva and then gets VIP darshan
