Germany government started taking property and money from citizens to give to other people to repay its debts and to get back the money from the first world War, which made the people angry and hopeless , German families were on the street while forienors came bought their home and property from the government, and the people became depressed and broken, so when Hitler cane and said he'd give them their property and a purpose again, they followed him. There are many writings by Hitler prior to him being so extreme , he had them destroyed for the nost part to hide that oart of his life. Mein Kampf, is one of my cherished collection of Western Writings on my bookshelf, and I have read it thoroughly with great interest and focus. By reading it, I became genuinely aware, the origin of German anti - Semitism and Racism. I personally wouldn't simply dismiss it as rubbish, like the shallow video host here, instead, it is a very valuable, inspirational, and above all, very EDUCATIONAL BOOK which we all should read, so that we can guard and be more vigilant against perverted nationalism or fanatical ideas of any sort, not only NAZIS, but SOVIET, CATHOLIC and ISLAM, the meanings and applications are the same.
Hopefully, in the times ahead, humanity finally learns to stop forgetting history. Stop allowing the modern times to rebrand history. Don't allow modern agenda's to infect history.

I am not an German neither an European also, I have read about Hitler and his Nazi ideology tried to understand what were reasons behind the such kind of extremely violent and most derogatory things that were committed by his Nazi party and it’s armed forces. There were so many times when I had to doubt the facts of what I had read on various articles or books about the war and watched hundreds of documentaries just to find out if there was any similarities between what was written in books/articles and showed in the documentaries. But, there is so many different stories and narratives about a particular incident during the war that sometimes I would think that maybe some of these narratives might’ve been exaggerated and I was wrong until I and my whole nation name Bangladesh elected a prime minister who is the daughter of so called father of the nation known as Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Apparently, Sheikh Hasina is the eldest daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and she has ruled the country since 2009 to the 5th August, 2024 ousted by the students and citizens of the country. During her 16 years reign she along with her political party Awami League and it’s other affiliated groups like student, youth etc. groups, did uncountable things and crimes against the people of the country and repeatedly abounded the country’s national interests whenever it was related to India. So, after surviving Hasina’s 16 years of fascist and autocratic rule now I can see and understand how any leaders can be a complete dictator and not just an authoritarian leader but also a puppet of a big, powerful neighboring country.

Agree, got less than a third of the way before giving up. Maybe twenty years later had another go. Second time I couldn't get beyond the forward section... Really hard reading with sometimes sentences starting on one subject, then switching to another, totally unrelated. Bizarre stuff but represented a fairly accurate description of his scrambled mind. Imagine hearing this stuff, ad nauseum, at his private gatherings. People nodding off with boredom from the ranting and non stop talking.

To Guy Walters, I have read the book, does that make me a bigotist? The documentary was ok, not much about the book itself. I think it is important for people to read this book, to show that we dont all think the same, a common mistake most people make, they actually cannot comprehend that people would think diffrently from them, this is dangerous. The rest of the documentary is simply running Hitler down, especially targeting his "intellect" (that is the impression I got. Hitler was actually very clever, I do not agree with Hitler but it is hard to watch people continually just run someone down instead of making it an intellectual basis. The book is a rambling on of incohherant thoughts, but if you can leave this time space and go back, it actually makes alot of sense to the audience it was written for, it is educational at least to see how his mind worked. Overall documentary I would say a 7 , simply because of the work put into the presentation of the video.

By reading it, I became genuinely aware, the origin of German anti - Semitism and Racism. I personally wouldn't simply dismiss it as rubbish, like the shallow video host here, instead, it is a very valuable, inspirational, and above all, very EDUCATIONAL BOOK which we all should read, so that we can guard and be more vigilant against perverted nationalism or fanatical ideas of any sort, not only NAZIS, but SOVIET, CATHOLIC and ISLAM, the meanings and applications are the same.
Hopefully, in the times ahead, humanity finally learns to stop forgetting history. Stop allowing the modern times to rebrand history. Don't allow modern agenda's to infect history.

I am not an German neither an European also, I have read about Hitler and his Nazi ideology tried to understand what were reasons behind the such kind of extremely violent and most derogatory things that were committed by his Nazi party and it’s armed forces. There were so many times when I had to doubt the facts of what I had read on various articles or books about the war and watched hundreds of documentaries just to find out if there was any similarities between what was written in books/articles and showed in the documentaries. But, there is so many different stories and narratives about a particular incident during the war that sometimes I would think that maybe some of these narratives might’ve been exaggerated and I was wrong until I and my whole nation name Bangladesh elected a prime minister who is the daughter of so called father of the nation known as Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Apparently, Sheikh Hasina is the eldest daughter of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and she has ruled the country since 2009 to the 5th August, 2024 ousted by the students and citizens of the country. During her 16 years reign she along with her political party Awami League and it’s other affiliated groups like student, youth etc. groups, did uncountable things and crimes against the people of the country and repeatedly abounded the country’s national interests whenever it was related to India. So, after surviving Hasina’s 16 years of fascist and autocratic rule now I can see and understand how any leaders can be a complete dictator and not just an authoritarian leader but also a puppet of a big, powerful neighboring country.

From the get go, to have someone (Guy Walters) stating that anyone who reads Mein Kampf are evil, bigotist etc... etc.... sets the tone for this entire show. To Guy Walters, I have read the book, does that make me a bigotist?
The documentary was ok, not much about the book itself. I think it is important for people to read this book, to show that we dont all think the same, a common mistake most people make, they actually cannot comprehend that people would think diffrently from them, this is dangerous.
The rest of the documentary is simply running Hitler down, especially targeting his "intellect" (that is the impression I got. Hitler was actually very clever, I do not agree with Hitler but it is hard to watch people continually just run someone down instead of making it an intellectual basis.
The book is a rambling on of incohherant thoughts, but if you can leave this time space and go back, it actually makes alot of sense to the audience it was written for, it is educational at least to see how his mind worked.
Overall documentary I would say a 7 , simply because of the work put into the presentation of the video.
Read the book for yourself. You won't learn anything about it here, apart from these people's opinions.. and remember that these people don't want you to think for yourself, just tow the line and accept their doctrine.
