I didn't watch the opening ceremony due to work. But once I listen to this song for the first time during the closing ceremony, it mesmerizes me immediately. In my personal opinion, I would say the closing ceremony is the BEST in recent Olympics, the performance and music are just stunning and touching, holding a special place in the hearts of the audience. I was in tears because this is such a beautiful song and was so preciously performed. The lyrics remind me that we’re all tiny “human snowflakes” in this vast universe. Each and every snowflake is unique with its own bruises and bumps, but all of them shine the same in the night sky. It doesn’t matter which cultural or ethnic background we come from. It doesn’t matter how wealthy, famous, intelligent, or talented we are. At last, we are all humans, and I hope we’re all seeking unity, peace, and ultimately, love. I look forward to more empowering repertoire in future Olympics. ❤
