    I have the same problem with my hand piece coming loose all the time. I put a hose clamp over were the two parts come together with a piece of rubber roofing under the clamp, bicycle inner tube would work as well. I cut the rubber piece just a tad wider than the clamp. Working great so far. Have a great weekend!

      @@donnywalker4691 I am experimenting with running a thin o-ring between the 2 parts on my shorter hand piece, as the clamp is too close to my hand. The threads are still good on that one. If I didn't take it apart I would just lock tite it.

    I wonder if you machined a male and female threaded steel sleeves. Then shrink over your aluminum hand piece to make the part more durable.

    Hello Donnie, which foredoom sr motor do you recommend for chainsaw porting? I’ve noticed quite a few to choose from.
