Thank you for pointing out that you use a Moisturizing conditioner WITHOUT protein after. This is the one thing that's hard for me to understand until now. Thanks so much!
I used this product last night when I wash my hair with a sulfate free shampoo and then I use this to condition my hair with and my hair is really soft afterwards I just towel dry and blow dry on low and I did a twist out
+ifinkPiNK I guess it depends on your hair. Most conditioners will say to leave for 2-3 minutes and then rinse out but I usually like to leave them in much longer. If your hair is protein sensitive then I would say follow the bottle instructions.
My hair loves protein so it feels a lot better after I use this. Someone who has protein sensitive hair may notice a dry, brittle feeling. The hair may feel like straw instead of stronger. Hope that helps!
Ha ha! I know. I kinda just snuck that in there earlier this month lol. It's the same name as my hair blog so I thought it would be easier. Thanks for watching!
Will this work on hear damaged hair ? I'm natural but I have a haircut I'm growing out so I kept my hair straighten to maintain but my ends are straight will this help ?
Chanda Brown I have some areas that have heat damage also. This product does not make my hair completely revert back to it's natural curl pattern. For that reason I am currently growing out the heat damage. I would say that this product helps to keep my hair strong where it is damaged though. Or else my hair might just break off. I also do moisture deep treatments (no protein; just moisture) to help balance out the protein. Hope that helps!
I've never tried that because I just use it as a deep treatment. I usually follow it up with Aussie Moist conditioner which is a really good one for detangling.

I really like how it works just like a conditioner. A lot easier than my homemade treatment lol. Glad it worked for you!
***** I use the ion hooded dryer from Sally's Beauty Supply. It's a decent dryer for the price.
***** Thanks so much!
I think I'm going to give this product a try. Thanks for sharing
Isn't twenty minutes too long, on the bottle it says 5 mins is the most.

It's worth a try. You can also just follow the instructions on back for a quick conditioning. I love this product!

+CurlyinColorado so do you immediately moisture with a deep treatment after this reconstruction treatment?
what is your hair type?
I’ve seen about 3 videos so far using this product, are you not supposed to comb or throughly detangle your hair with the product in it ?
I've never tried that because I just use it as a deep treatment. I usually follow it up with Aussie Moist conditioner which is a really good one for detangling.
Niega you are correct.
I thought it was only 2 minutes?
I know but when I go under the dryer I at least let it sit for 10-15 minutes. You can also use it as directed. It's pretty good either way.
Your not supposed to leave it on so long, it can stretch your curls.
I've never had that problem. The instructions state a different time but this is what works for me.
