Couriers are better investments because most of them you can't get anymore anyway so it's a win for you.

Are you winning your matches? I think you need to win 1 normal game or win 2 turbo for re rolls. Also you have 10 rolls each week, after that you have to wait for the following week.
last week i get 2 arcana (SF & Pudge), and now 20x re-roll never see a good set, only courier and ward

Maybe decrease music volume, make it more background and ambient, less apparent?
