As a member of Gateway Church, I want to extend a heartfelt, thank you for the men and women of God who have run to our church during this time and not away from us. We appreciate your pastoring and shepherding. We appreciate the arms of love and grace that have been placed around our congregation who just seeks to know Jesus better.
Praying for this entire situation-both sides…both families. Pastor Robert has been so instrumental in my life with “The God I Never Knew” and “Frequency, Tune In; Hear God”, in particular. Nothing changes that! I’m sure many feel the same way. As for all the rest, God will sort it out; He is in control. Love this message!

did Jesus say that when he overturned the tables at the temple? if you put that scripture in its context you will see it does not mean what you're trying to make it mean. imagine someone doing what Morris did, to your child or your loved one, then see if your response would be the same.
“Sin leveling” is clearly a problem in the church.
God has revealed what was shameful to even uncover Eph 5:3-12.
We must respect and honor what The Lord has revealed and not honor men -- God is the judge He has the last word

I just want to say to all the families involved in this unfortunate event , JESUS loves you and HE is for you ! To those who want to look down on Pastor Morris I would encourage you to read the failure of King David , known as the man after God's on heart , is one sin different than another. David failed miserably when he looked on Bathsheba , an adulter , a murder , and yet he repented and God still used him. Pastor Robert Morris you are loved and your sins have been cast as far as the east is from the west. If we are imitators of Christ we would forgive you just as we have been forgiven. We love you and will continue to pray for you and your family and pray for all the families involved. ❤❤❤

He has lived in purity since then. When the righteous falls 7 times,he rises up again. When the rapture takes place and Robert flies with Jesus and all those speaking against him and rubbing it in are left behind, all this does not matter. (I just don't like Pastor Levi's jewelry. Is it not what the Word say about women? Be humble and give us the Word and not your side shows. But, you are a good preacher.)

My heart breaks for Robert Morris and his family. I am praying for him, his family, the elders, the other leadership and staff. It is my prayer that God gets the praise for only He can redeem this mess. I am familiar with the many variables that contribute to a messy situation. It is not as linear as people think. We don’t understand God’s ways, but are only called to remain faithful. In my mess, I hang on😅to these words after Jesus said one must eat of his flesh and drink his bloody 😣- which makes no sense whatever. John 6:68 to whom shall we go (Jesus). you ( alone) have the words of life.

Why does this man not preach from the whole text. King Uzziah verse 16 of Chronicles 26 states that he grew proud and he was unfaithful to the Lord his God. God struck him with leprosy.
All morris needs is Jesus right now like the whole world probably knows about it by now. Since he’s known, Everywhere he goes everyone probably gonna recognize him. His wife, family are probably struck and don’t know how to handle it but hopefully there’s forgiveness. Should he have told the whole story yes! Should he have stepped down long ago yes. But I can’t speak on it cuz idk how many lives he changed after his mischief years later. Who knows God probably let him continue and then when the time was right he put a stop to it. God can use anyone for his glory, and can turn evil for something good. I get why he said a young lady cuz if he would’ve said 12 . Yes back then he would’ve went to jail. He should’ve went to Cindy long ago and ask for forgiveness again. Right now if he repents for years of lying and his scandal God will hear him and forgive him. No sin is too great for God. The only sin that you can’t be forgiven is blasphemy of the Holy Ghost. Bomb a building full of people, rape 100s of people, steal something, abort a baby, and others. If you repent with all your heart sincerely God will forgive you. I feel like since his secret is out he should repent to God first and the the church and the elders on broadcast and after that don’t preach again unless it’s Gods will or God has other plans for him. Right now he just needs to live his life with Christ and if the world still hates him that’s the world problem because like the Bible said , it’s about the approval of God and not man. Ask for forgiveness and move on and live for Christ. If he apologizes to Cindy ( now I don’t know if she forgave him or not but she probably did) and Cindy did not forgive him it’s her problem but as long as Robert repents it’s all good in God’s sight. I hear a lot of weird stuff going on in mega churches even though I went to one. Soft preaching , prosperity preaching, not preaching against sin, picking and choosing Bible verse to please the people, money hungry. Anyways like the Bible says the one without sin let him cast the first stone.” We’re all sinners at the end of the day and need Christ blood. We have a merciful God that forgives. Example: two people man and woman. Let’s say the man kills and rape hundreds of women ( now mind you the man does not know God and never was introduced to God) now when he finds Jesus he thinks about the actions while he’s In jail and his heart churns and ask God for forgiveness and repents and he was executed . That man will go into heaven by God’s grace. Now the woman let’s say she’s a believer but of the world, she’s a lukewarm but goes to church. She got married and cheats on her husband and commits adultery. And never repents and die without God, she will be damned. The world will say the woman sin wasn’t even that big and that the killer rapist was the worst and deserves hell, but God looks at the heart and see if there’s any repentance. It could be the other way around too, if the man didn’t repent he is damned and if the woman repents she is saved. This was an example on how no sin is above God. Hopefully the old man seeks Jesus if he hasn’t already.

The Bible speaks of much is given, and much is required! Whatever role in Leadership God places His people, it's to Glorify Our Savior. To walk in His Image and His likeness is the PRIVILEGE AND HONOR TO MODEL WHO HE IS IN OUR LIVES🙌 I'm thankful to Our Lord for EXPOSING the darkness and bringing it all to His Light🔥 That tells Us the END is closer than most people think it is👑🔥❤️👏🙌🙏

What type of church blames the child for sexual abuse?
I feel that people do not want to face the truth. They want the problem to just go away. Blame the victim, it was so long ago, forgive and forget. This man who was supposed to be a follower of Christ was a child molester who hid this fact from his church family. Lived a lie and preached to others about their need to come to Christ. Yes God will forgive but only with true repentance. Even when God forgives there are always consequences resulting from that sin. Look at David in the Bible the death of the child, the devastation within his family with strive, rebellion etc. He was not allowed to build the temple.
No one is blaming the victim. No one is wanting this to go away if they wanted to go away, the church will not have made a statement or multiple statements like they have. What are you doing to help the situation you’re doing is talking about it and gossiping that’s not doing nothing but making it worse instead of gossiping you actually pray and do something about it. So sad that you call yourself a Christian
@@faithhomeministries I suggest that if you look at comments made by people purporting to be members a substantial number of those people have not or unwilling to accept that what happened was and is wrong. Some of the comments are blaming the child, blaming the parents, they are only after money etc, etc. I would suggest you need to clean out the stable and stop defending the indefensible.

The church officials failed God’s word when they allowed Robert Morris to become pastor. He was supposed to be a Christian when he sinned. Should he have been forgiven, of course. But the Bible states requirements for becoming the leader of a church and he no longer met those requirements. But they ignored the Word and this is the results. Forgiveness is correct and right but he should have not been allowed in such a leadership position.
