You should mix the shampoos with water first and then dip the pH paper in it , then they will show their actual colour on the pH paper , and it's not even possible that so many shampoos have the same pH value even though they consist of bad chemicals

Being a hairstylist of nearly a few years, I can tell you, that you're not supposed to apply strong hair shampoo on your hair.
I have noticed hairlines of numerous people, and I spotted that people who were using strong shampoo cleansers typically had thin hair line.
So I advise only to use mild shampoo only. I personally use and suggest to apply littleextrra cocconioon shampoo only.
Also, do hot oil massage two times a week as it improves circulation and encourages healthy hair growth.

Thank you for creating this detailed video. For the last year, I've been going through a severe hairfall for the past one year. In the past, I had healthy and dense hair. However, over time, my hair experienced half the volume. I experienced a significant stress throughout 2 to 3 months. Over time, an unhealthy eating routine became a factor as well. So, I improved my diet and began consuming more from leafy greens and nutritious nuts. I started engaging in yoga and mindfulness meditation daily to lessen my anxiety.
