There was only one small correction I want to say to this and it’s one that’s not fully well-known so that’s fair that they got it wrong. Technically speaking Cajun are considered a sub ethnicity is Louisiana creole. By the definition set by us before the americanization happened, there was not a separation between Cajun and creole. There was only separation upon class. The really big difference is a regional difference being greater New Orleans and acadiana.
