So lovely watching you and Ringo! You are such a lovely person and it really shows on your videos. One thing I miss most is being able to teach dressage and especially the kids to get them from leadrein to local level shows (SJ/showing/gymkhana etc). I saw your videos due to following Harlow and Chelsea and it's now a pleasure to follow you too. Thankyou so much for giving us the opportunity to watch from the side lines 💖

Bless you, I don't because of my injury and my condition (happy to go into more detail but not publicly). I would love to teach again I just wouldn't be able to get insurance because I couldn't offer the first aid etc if needed physically as wheelchair bound. I can teach on people's own horses on their own insurance (ride at own risk and wouldn't charge anyway) x

We have the same long riding boots and omg they re literally the best! I feel so confident when walking around in them, I know it sounds weird but they’re just so beautiful and go with any outfit! They’re also so comfy to ride in

He’s not even spicy stallions aren’t spicy they are so mistreated and abused that people use the excuse “spicy” when they aren’t
@@Ameliathehorselover2 Uh, not all of them... Also, sometimes they ARE spicy.
@@HannahYoung-q3qSpicy means “fresh” or excited. Ringo just has extra testosterone since he is a stallion so he is a bit more hormonal. Sometimes stallions are a bit harder to ride too. Also not all stallions are mistreated.
@@EquestrianLillianRoseland That's what I was trying to say. I wasn't saying he was mistreated, I was arguing against it.

Just curious, but why a standing martindale on a pony suitable for a beginer?
It’s not a martingale it’s a bungee - he is very strong so it gave poppy a little helping hand at keeping his mouth soft. They’re a lovely training aid, much nicer than side reins 😊

Quick explanation for why the horse was moving its lip. horses have smelling factors in their nose and upper lip, so do lizards, whales, donkeys etc.
I just started a canter and I’m working up little by little at my neighboors so I love horses and I might get private lessons
