- Today, Robert surprised his step father with adoption papers to legally become his dad and to carry on the Montellano legacy by changing his last name. We hope every father out in the world has had an amazing Father's Day!!!! Thank you!

Congratulations 🎉🎊 being adopted means so much cause ur step dad took that extra responsibility of being more then just a dad. He took a life that is not from him threw blood and raised as his own. Awesome 👏🏽 I’m Hispanic and my husband is white and he’s been raising my two boys since they were babies and believe me they know who there biological father is and all but my husband now has been there Father three everything. Love it. I think it’s even better getting adopted as an adult to really know and understand what all this means and two take that extra step on your own!! Much love to you all and prayers threw anything in your way of happiness.
I can totally relate to not filming bullshit dude. I'm done filming that way, too! Real moments, milestones! But hey, always remember the small things that stick out. I love you guys and I'm so happy for you, Robert. My husband didn't really have a father figure, and his stepdad is just now stepping up and it's a huge blessing! Sending love your way!!!

Congratulations. Im from the UK and here you cant adopt someone over the age of 18 or be listed as a 3rd parent on a birthday certificate as an adult.
I wish that we could as my late step dad was my dad in my heart and I would have loved to have been able to give him this gift too before he passed.
