I am hearing this song now from long time that I have not heard it. I am remembering what I felt when I would hear words that could relate with the pain I was dealing back then and it is mind blowing. At that time I was lost with no meaning of continuing life. I tried everything to satisfy me, but everything would eventually fail. It would become a cycle, trying ways to satisfy myself and it would eventually fail. Consuming would only satisfy me temporarily. I was trying to fill up an emptiness in me that I was incapable to fill up.
