@Alan Ramirez - The Cottage Farmhouse is not yet available in Texas. Only in Florida. We are not currently aware of plans to build it outside of Florida. However, we do have the Vintage Farmhouse and the smaller Horizon and the Mira Lago in Texas that all have a very similar look and feel - just not the same floor plan. Thanks for asking!

@@robertdelaneo9196 Excellent question! There are several reasons, but here are two or three. Each of our environmentally-protected building centers across the country designs which floor plans they will build and sell that meet the needs and construction requirements of their geographic region. At this time, no Palm Harbor building centers in Texas make this floor plan. Perhaps, over time, they may decide to add it to their models. Also, shipping a home from Texas to Florida would add thousands and thousands to the price of the home without adding any value to the home. This additional cost would make it extremely impractical for anyone in Texas to buy a home shipped from Florida as they could easily spend the same amount of money and get more square footage and/or features on Texas-built homes that do not have massive shipping costs included in their price. Also, once the price of the home is inflated with very expensive shipping costs, it is unlikely that the financing company could get comps that would qualify the purchaser for the loan. Hopefully, that will clarify it a bit.
