It was not pleasant, and in my platoon, there were 3 of us with no family. It was nice seeing that the majority of soldiers were loved, but also just a gut wrenching feeling of infinite void. i am an army veteran & before graduation day the drill sargents would put together a list of each soldiers guests to the ceremony (we were only given a few 'tickets' each)... if a soldier did not have anyone attend, that soldier was assigned to one of the drill sargents as their tap-out... it was done without any of the recruits being told so that no one at all thought it would happen... it was soo cool to watch the people & the reaction of the ones who didnt think they would be able to participate... you hear stories about how horrible the ds's are , mean, hateful, asshats, you dont realize that these people didnt CHOOSE on their own to become a ds, they were basically 'assigned' to attend ds school, so when you think about a ds, you dont realize that they are actually HUMAN & they absolutely care for the recruits & want them to succeed ... they start out scary & mean but as the training goes on they start to slowly show who they really are... the instructors spend a lot of time with these recruits, they get to see them at their worst & their best... they will slend many hours helping train these soldiers on both the physical & mental skill that they need... they also spend even more hours getting to know each one on a personal level, sometimes even when they dont have to be there & could very well being doing something completely different with their own families & friends, outside of their 'job'... in the end though these recruits will realize that everything the ds's did was for a reason & not just to be an a$$hat... on the other hand the ds's start to see these recruits progress into amazing soldiers, & they are the ones that helped it happen... so graduation day is a HUGE deal for both the recruits & ds's... i think for these soldiers it means the world to them & its an honor to be given!!!!!

They probably did u never know
i am an army veteran & before graduation day the drill sargents would put together a list of each soldiers guests to the ceremony (we were only given a few 'tickets' each)... if a soldier did not have anyone attend, that soldier was assigned to one of the drill sargents as their tap-out... it was done without any of the recruits being told so that no one at all thought it would happen... it was soo cool to watch the people & the reaction of the ones who didnt think they would be able to participate...
you hear stories about how horrible the ds's are , mean, hateful, asshats, you dont realize that these people didnt CHOOSE on their own to become a ds, they were basically 'assigned' to attend ds school, so when you think about a ds, you dont realize that they are actually HUMAN & they absolutely care for the recruits & want them to succeed ... they start out scary & mean but as the training goes on they start to slowly show who they really are... the instructors spend a lot of time with these recruits, they get to see them at their worst & their best... they will slend many hours helping train these soldiers on both the physical & mental skill that they need... they also spend even more hours getting to know each one on a personal level, sometimes even when they dont have to be there & could very well being doing something completely different with their own families & friends, outside of their 'job'...
in the end though these recruits will realize that everything the ds's did was for a reason & not just to be an a$$hat... on the other hand the ds's start to see these recruits progress into amazing soldiers, & they are the ones that helped it happen...
so graduation day is a HUGE deal for both the recruits & ds's... i think for these soldiers it means the world to them & its an honor to be given!!!!!

I love it, twins are so special. Stay that close.
I lost my twin brother 12 yrs ago, I can't wait to see him again, Thank you Jesus 🙏 for making the ONLY way 🙏 to the Father.
Sorry for your loss! It has to be hard with a twin! Do you constantly feel like something is missing since they are no longer here? Im a twin and coundnt imagine losing my brother! I think I would always feel incomplete! ❤❤
Just get used to the fact god and jesus dont exist, heaven doesnt exist and you’ll not see ur brother again
For you, yeah, living the life without jesus is hopeless. When we have Jesus in our heart, we definitely going to see each other. What an exciting joy that day will be.@waynefisher5996
🙏🏼 ❤
@waynefisher5996 - i am sorry you are so bitter. May something good happen for you.
❤Just precious! Thank you for your service, young man.
I was blessed, proud, and overjoyed being the one to "tap out" my son! ❤🙏🇺🇸
And for the soldiers with no family is heart breaking seeing one man just standing.
I soldati non dovrebbero esistere, le guerre non dovrebbero esistere, i politici non dovrebbero esistere
Now they do. It's called their brothers in arms and I being one of those people. My family is the people I served with. Best brothers I'll ever have no matter.
Brings tears to my eyes.
Peace and Love-it's all we really have and all we really need...
Also love her shirt and that support. Says PROUD ARMY SISTER!!! You can tell he was dying to see you for sure. Beautiful moment captured right there. No amount of money in the world can buy a moment like this. Thanks for sharing this content.
Bonded Together for a lifetime.❤ One Love 💕 and a pure heart ❤️
That is one loving young man...his embrace was EVERYTHING!❤

That awesome welcome home 🏡 solders. They deserved respect. And clearly missed each other
His hug was awesome. Thank you for your service
What service? He made his bed and did push ups for ten weeks. That's not service.
I will admit, that made me laugh 😭
I think they mistook it with him being in war or something
THIS IS A ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL REACTION BETWEEN THIS ARMY VETERAN AND HIS TWIN SISTER🪖🙏🏽🎉
Thank you God bless ❤
Thank you God bless ❤
he is not a vet 😂
Aww that’s so sweet ❤❤❤
Sooo Beautiful. May God blessed you all, Thank you for your Service ♥️🙏🏽💕🌹
That is me and My brother
I’m just crying seeing this. God bless you too thank you for serving our country
God his hug was everything, it shows how bad he missed her and loves her❤️❤️ Now someone pls tell me how to get a brother like this cuz mine is a pain in the ass😭😭😭
You probably would have to marry my brother 😊
Step two: if you have a brother your mother will have to raise him right, otherwise get rid of your brother and adopt a different one into the family
Lol. Not unusual. Hope one day you both can appreciate each other.❤
You want that kind of relationship? Be that sibling first.
I can guarantee your brother would murder for you or choose your life over his. I know im a brother that can be a pain in the ass so to speak...but to me my sisters life is more important than mine.
