It's really cool to see you mention your emotional state with the colour of your lightsaber as well as your crystal, since now it's canon in the Star Wars universe, that the colour of a Jedis lightsaber, changes based on their allegiance to the force ie if they're allied with the dark side, or the light side

JMB3 Official in legends it was possible that natural red crystals would appear for jedi sometimes, not sure about current cannon anymore though.

According to the current canon:
They only become red when a Sith makes the crystal "bleed"
If the crystal is then healed it turns white.

I started watching the video imagining that I'm Darth Vader. The way Fred talked to me was a bit inappropriate considering I'm the most powerful Sith Lord and he talks to me like I'm some kind of noob Jedi. Also that he didn't believe me that I'm force sensitive sounded a bit ridiculous then.

Why does a Jedi have a red lightsaber?
I thought the same thing at first but I think it's actually orange. Unsure.
Nujabes It's kinda if an orange color with a red outline.
Religion0 I think it could be orange, which is a possible but rare color. Also keep in mind that not all red lightsaber crystals were synthetic. Adegan crystals featuring a red coloration were not unheard of, Darth Vader utilizing such a crystal in one of his lightsabers, and red-hued crystals were known to form naturally in the Crystal Caves on Dantooine, along with blue, green, yellow and violet crystals. However, unlike the other crystals, the red crystals from Dantooine were typically found in unhatched kinrath eggs. It's also interesting to note that not all synthetic sabers are of the dark side or are red. Luke synthesizes his own green fucusing crystal for his second saber and it works aight.
