This video just made me so nostalgic for my days as a younger kid going to the Ohio railfan hotspots with my parents and never knowing what I'd get. Growing up in the 1990s and early 2000s was all about that. No standardization, no GEVOs, no PSR, and variety all over.
A wonderful throwback train video to railroading days long past. There was so much to see on the railroads back in the day. Great work. I haven't been to Fostoria yet, but someday I'll make it up there.
These videos are super charming. 20:45 is an example of videoing that is rarely used today. Trying to get a railroad sign with the train passing behind it

I also really miss all of the old lease locomotives. So much color.

I liked Fostoria before the rail park was there
3:12 the gold, the Leslie, the sunset, what more could a man ask?
This is so cool to see!
Those 1st gen K5LAs are a thing of the past now. Only a handful of AC44s still have the 1st gen and a lot of SD70MACs
Interesting. Rental junk, different liveries, and Triple Crown Service, things you may not see again.
Better before GEVOS
Yes
I went there last summer and it was pretty cool place
And to think that the e bells on the NS Dash 9’s are original
Old school power in 2004
How was there possibly an RS5T on a UP SD70M??
It’s an RS3L
