Using silencers kill the muzzle velocity for DMRs. Definitely why the mk11 felt unresponsive at times.

MK11 is the best, sure SKS has higher rate of fire but MK11 keeps being accurate at middle and long ranges (up to 300 meters)
so is sks with heavy barell
Is Your sensitivity really that high? 1600dpi 9% in game?
You can flick fast even with a low sens, ots impossible to tell sens by looking at gameplay.

This map definitely can be a good 128 2042 maps.
The best trick is: Zoom in with your gun and take a physical dot (paper or something) and put it on your screen. It improves your K/D ratio.

i just started this game is there a perk or something to make the single shot weapons auto ? like holding down left click and weapon keep on shooting
No, but most weapons have different firemodes. I don't know the default key for this, but I have mine on Z
