For the mount quest, just get off of it before entering any room, then ride again. You just need to bring a mount in the end room. Also i got the last achievement by using snowman eagle, so they should all work.

Yep, if you grab it 6(?) times from a fellow player, you won’t need the blueprint and you’ll be able to forge it in your workshop
