Hanging and rotational twisting worked wonders for me! It’s definitely about getting the vertebrae to shift into a straighter position through relaxation and elongation.
Breaking in my brace this past week has been the most painful experience of my life, both sides are very high on my armpits so I can't put my arms against my sides, and my in brace correction is 60% straighter (out of brace curves are 58 and 45) so she's quite painful

Did you find it difficult to adjust to wearing a back brace? How did you cope with the discomfort?
Sometimes I find it comfortable and sometimes I don't. Do you have any other tips you can helps with too?
