A couple of years ago, one of my dad's friend came to visit. He had a daughter, she must have been like 9 years old at that time. I remember I had to take my dog for a walk and she wanted to join, so we walked for a while around the neighborhood. It was windy that day. And everytime the wind intensified she would smile and close her eyes. I didn't say anything, I also enjoy the wind, so I though it was normal. After a while she said "do you know why it feels so good when the wind blows and you feel it?" I asked why. She said "because God is there. In the wind. So when the wind blows, you can feel Him". I thought it was a very beautiful idea, and I have kept it with me all these years. When the song says "I throw my fears into the wind" I can't help but think it doesn't mean "I get rid of my fears", but "I offer my fears to You". (Just a thought I wanted to share).
I felt the same thing too when I was kinda an unbeliever even though I'm a Christian since born (my heart was hard as rock). That time was when I was wondering why does these things happening to me. As always I went back from school, it was the most depressing times of my life, (when you're depressed you feel like your days are just the same) then I look up at my balcony as I was asking God, "God, why do I had to have these things in my life?" After I asked that, suddenly came a wind, it is sort of feels like God answered through His gentleness bringing up joy but gladness knowing that somebody knows & understands my unspeakable things in my life, and at that time, the wind was also like wiping my tears and I was shocked but gently, like "wait.. what?" And that's all, I went back inside knowing gladly that somebody notices me, but just that, I still looking at Him like, " Oh ok, cool someone understands me" without realising that He was the one who is sacrificed to love me back, again and again, until I was fully understand why does He allows those things happening in my life, to bring understanding of something that is much more deeper than you're feeling ok, your salvation, that moment I understood, and I will continue to be his intercessor hand of His salvation. Everything was make sense like in the bible that when a blind man was healed by God in phases, first he could see but only the movement of the people and they still looked like moving trees, and then Jesus spoke healing to Him the second time and he was healed fully. It's like God wants to see our journey in faith in Him because that's what's matters.
This song is an invitation birthed in the heart of the Father and sung by the Spirit Of God to each and every one who is searching for the truth regarding being Truly saved. "Call on Jesus..."

I was homeless, got into drugs, went into prisons, then i got to know Jesus, He changed my life.. Now i have a home, a wife, a lovely daughter and a new identity... A child of God.. Hallelujah
One could make the connection that truely believing and receiving Jesus with you heart is repenting. Sure the lyrics don’t say it but I think dangerous and heretical is a bit far
@@jaidendowling6859 the sinners prayer and just believing and alter calls are a modern invention by people like bill Sunday / tent revivals. It’s not what the apostles did or said to bring people to Christ.

@@jaidendowling6859 Yeah sure. The epistles are doctrine to the church. So when he says if “you believe in your heart”……etc etc. who is the “you? Remember it’s a letter to who? He was writing to already saved baptized disciples. The book of acts is an actually documentary of how the apostles and earthly church brought ppl to Christ. No where in that book. NO WHERE, will you see the apostles asking ppl to pray Jesus in their heart. NO WHERE What you will see is them calling people to REPENT, BELIEVE, be BAPTIZED IN WATER, and RECEIVE THE BAPTISM OF THE HOLY SPIRIT, all in the same time frame and same setting. That was the fullness they offered. No some heretical watered down pray Jesus into your heart

However, in context to the song, I take the lyrics “just receive/believe it in your heart and you will be saved” virtually as a way of singing the Romans 10 scripture. Definitely repent not arguing that. Just some could say that that in the process of truely believing, regular (if not daily) repentance is a part of that
