    Hi, in rava dosa,instead maida,try adding whole wheat flour. It wud taste good and it's healthy too😀

    Wishing you a very happy women's day:) wow love the way you start your day. My day starts with a cupof black coffee, 4 almonds soaked and a glass of hot lemon, turmeric and ginger with a hint of black pepper and cinnamon. Fruits, strawberry i guess the entire season with apples and black grapes if in season or seasonal fruits. Also have 3 cuppa of green tea throughout the day. That's enough of me but this video was great. Enjoyed watching ❤️❤️

    Hi loved your video by the way a raita suggestion which you can have than your regular bundi raita i.e bathua raita. It's yum and something unique moreover this raita is highly under-rated but goes well with pulao or tehri

    Since u tried baingan pulao, I would suggest you try "Vangi bath' a kannadiga recepie. You may get powders for that with you can try it

    Ohh my brinjal rice is on my list....and yes bhel is my goto dinner too...I miss mumbai where bhel was given with a papdi spoon...all your week seems good and healthy....and yes u are one person who has very less no no's when it comes to veggies...I guess as far as I know u don't like mushrooms and I hate fried garlic....loved this simple vlog.     Hi Shweta, just one little info, they say that fruits n milk r not supposed to be eaten together. It's opposite food. It's ok once in while to have opposite food but not on regular basis. As u have the protein drink and fruits together.

    It's also said that never have fruits after a meal coz the meal takes minimum 3 hrs to digest while fruits get easily digested. If eaten after or with the meal, fruits become useless as it mixes with meal in the tummy.

    Good diet Schedule... Just one thing not sure of if u keep a time gap of about half an hour between fruits esp. water melon pineapple kiwi and the milk. This is if u believe in virrudh aahar theory of Ayurveda.

      Pressure cook tomatoes 5-6 whistles, blend, strain, boil with black pepper, salt and sugar and serve

    Instead of maida for Rava dosa, try adding rice flour.

      Ok so millet soaks up a lot of water. So I add at least 2 cups water to 1 cup millet. And sometimes more because I like my khichdi little liquid type and not dry
