I gotta admit haven’t watched the full vid yet, but I also do play Mundo. But i’m curious why you go conditioning instead of second wind, because if I’m correct second wind is recommended by league. But it wouldn’t really make since because Mundo already has good healing, especially if you go heartsteel and maybe spirit visage, might have to look but do you have like a video where you go more in depth of picking runes?

conditioning/secondwind/boneplating all depends on the matchup youre up against. theres no 'best' in every scenario

imo second wind is really nice for any lane where you go against poke. Cho has some poke, but like Davey said, it’s possible to dodge most of them. So it’s ok to go for the late game conditioning rune in this matchup, since the sustain from second wind was not necessary in lane.
